By accessing or using Shopaholics you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Shopaholics for any unlawful purpose, to upload illegal or harmful content, to spam other users, or to abuse or disrupt the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including the actions of other members within your household.
Intellectual property
The Shopaholics application code, design, and branding are proprietary. All data you create in the service — shopping lists, recipes, meal plans — remains yours. We claim no ownership over your content.
Disclaimer
Shopaholics is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. Use the service at your own risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of Shopaholics after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
