Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address. If you sign in via Google we receive only your name and email from Google. Anonymous sessions are identified by a randomly generated session ID with no personal data attached. We also store the shopping list data, recipes, and meal plans you create.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide the Shopaholics service. We never sell, share, or rent your information to third parties. We do not run advertising or use your data for profiling.
Data storage
All data is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enforced at the database layer. Only you and your household members can access your lists. Supabase infrastructure is hosted in the EU and US regions.
Data retention
You can delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data — households, lists, recipes, and meal plans — within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie (sb-*) to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.
